Access checklist for a new project
Everything we typically need at the start of a project so we can hit the ground running.
Kicking off a new project is exciting! To ensure we maintain momentum and stay on our timeline, we need to gather access to your digital platforms as early as possible.
Quick summary
Depending on the scope of your project, we will likely need access to your website backend, your hosting provider, your domain registrar, and your analytics tools. Please use delegate access to invite support@chykalophia.com wherever possible.
Your project access checklist

How to send us this information
When you're ready to provide access, please do not email us a list of passwords.
Instead, send invitations directly from those platforms to support@chykalophia.com. If a platform doesn't allow invitations and forces you to share a password, please use a secure link tool. Read our guide on sharing passwords safely to learn how.
Missing something?
If you aren't sure who hosts your website or where your domain is registered, don't worry! Let your project lead know, and we can run a quick diagnostic scan to help you find out.
