Step-by-step instructions

Depending on how you use Canva, you can choose to invite us to your entire workspace or just share specific folders.

Option A: Invite us to your Canva Team (Recommended)

This is the best option if your business has a Canva team and you want us to have access to your official "Brand Kit" (logos, fonts, and colors).

Log in to Canva. Go to your Canva dashboard.

Open your team's people settings. This is the page that lists everyone on your team. Canva moves this around, so if you can't find it, their guide Add or remove people in a team or class has the current clicks.

Invite our team. Enter support@chykalophia.com and invite us as an ordinary team member — we don't need an administrator role.

If you only want to share a specific batch of assets without adding us to your team.

Open the design or folder. Navigate to the item you want to share.

Click Share. Click the Share button on the design or folder.

Add our email. Type support@chykalophia.com into the box for adding people.

Give us permission to edit. Set the permission dropdown so we can edit, not just view or comment, then send it.

Common questions

Does adding you to my Canva team cost extra?

It might. Adding a person to a paid Canva team can add to your bill, and which plan you're on decides whether a team is even available — Canva's plans have changed more than once. Check Canva's pricing page before you invite us. If you'd rather not add a seat, use Option B to share a specific folder or design instead.

Why do you need Canva access if you are building the website?

We often need to export high-resolution versions of your logo, extract exact hex color codes from your brand guidelines, or review your social media graphics to ensure the website we build feels like a seamless extension of your brand.
