Give us Google Workspace admin access
How to safely grant our team administrative access to your Google Workspace account for email and DNS configuration.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) manages your professional business email (you@yourcompany.com). If our engagement involves setting up new company emails, migrating your website, or configuring critical email deliverability records (like SPF and DKIM), we will need administrative access to your Workspace.
Quick summary
Because Google Workspace requires administrators to have an email address on
your specific domain, you cannot simply invite support@chykalophia.com.
Instead, you must log in to your Google Admin console, create a new user (like
webmaster@yourcompany.com), assign them the Super Admin role, and
securely share those credentials with us.
Step-by-step instructions
Beginner 5 minutesLog in to the Admin Console. Go to admin.google.com and sign in with your administrator account.
Go to Users. From the main dashboard, click on Directory in the left-hand menu, then select Users.
Create our account. * First Name: Chykalophia * Last Name: Support *
Primary email: Create something like webmaster@yourdomain.com,
it@yourdomain.com, or admin@yourdomain.com.
Generate the password. Uncheck the box that says "Automatically generate a password," and type in a secure password. Uncheck "Ask for a password change at the next sign-in" to prevent login loops on our end. Click Add New User.
Assign Admin privileges. Once the user is created, click on their name in the user list to open their profile. Scroll down to Admin roles and privileges and click on it.
Make them a Super Admin. Toggle the Super Admin role to "Assigned" and click Save. (Note: This level of access is required to edit deep domain settings and DNS configurations within Workspace).
Share the credentials securely. Use a secure link (like One-Time Secret) to send us the password for this new email address. See our guide on sharing passwords safely.
