How to safely invite our team to your Webflow Workspace so we can architect, design, and publish your site.

Webflow is a powerful, professional-grade visual development platform. If your website is built on Webflow (or if we are migrating you to it), we need access to your Workspace to manage the site architecture, CMS collections, and design systems.
Quick summary

Step-by-step instructions
Webflow allows you to invite our agency team securely without sharing your personal login credentials.
Log in to Webflow. Go to webflow.com and sign in to your account.
Open your Workspace settings. From your Webflow Dashboard, open the Workspace that holds the site. Its settings are grouped by category in the left sidebar.
Open Team. Click Team in the sidebar. This is where Webflow lists your members and the seats they fill.
Invite our team. Click Invite member.
Enter our email and pick a role. Type support@chykalophia.com into the email field, choose our Role, and set whether we Can publish. If your plan offers site-specific access, choose which sites we can reach.
Send the invite. Click Invite — or Pay & invite if Webflow needs to add a paid seat for the role you picked. We will get an email asking us to join your Workspace.
Common questions
Will I be charged for adding you to my Webflow Workspace?
It depends on the role. Admin, Site manager and Designer fill a full seat, and Marketer and Content editor fill a limited seat; both types are paid. Reviewer fills a free seat. If your Workspace has no spare seat for the role you pick, Webflow says so during the invite and the button reads Pay & invite.
Webflow also has a Guest role built for this exact situation: an agency or freelancer collaborates for free, gets access to the sites in your Workspace, and cannot see confidential Workspace settings. Guests are invited from a separate place — Team → Users → Agency or Freelancer Guests → Invite guest — and Webflow requires the guest to hold a Freelancer or Agency Workspace to accept. Tell your project lead if seat cost is a concern and we'll pick the smallest role that still lets us do the job.
Why do you need Workspace Admin access?
Often we don't. A Designer role lets us build the site, but connecting a custom domain and setting up 301 redirects (Site settings → Publishing → 301 redirects, crucial for SEO when you launch a new site) need a role that manages site settings. In Webflow that is the Site manager site role, which Admins and Guests get by default. We only ask for Admin when we also need Workspace-level settings that no other role can reach, such as the Workspace plan, billing, or managing who else has access. Your project lead will tell you which one the project needs.
