Give us access to your Figma files
How to invite our design team to your Figma workspace so we can collaborate on UI/UX, wireframes, and prototypes.

Figma is one of the most widely used tools for UI/UX design and prototyping. If your team has already started wireframes, or if you hold your brand's master design system in Figma, we need access to collaborate effectively and translate those designs into a functional website.
Quick summary
Open your Figma file or folder. Click Share in the top-right corner. Type support@chykalophia.com into the invite field, set our permission to can edit, and click Send invite.
Step-by-step instructions
Figma is built for real-time collaboration, making it very simple to invite our team as strategic design partners.
Open Figma. Log in to Figma and open the specific file you want to share with us. You can also invite us to a whole folder, which gives us access to every file in it. (Figma is moving projects over to folders, so your account may still call them projects.)
Click Share. Click Share in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter our email. In the invite field, type support@chykalophia.com. (You can add several addresses at once, separated by commas.)
Set the permission level. Adjust our permission to can edit so we can make changes in the file. (On a paid plan, an editor also needs a paid seat; see the FAQ below.)
Common questions
Will I be charged for giving you 'can edit' access?
Possibly. On a paid plan, Figma treats permissions and seats as two separate things: "For a user to be able to edit a file, they need both the appropriate seat and permissions." So giving us can edit may also mean approving a seat for us, which can affect your bill. Check Figma's pricing page for current seat types and costs.
If you would rather not add a seat, share the file with can view instead. Figma describes that level as read-only actions "like inspecting properties, following, and commenting," which is enough for us to read your designs and leave notes. We won't be able to change anything on the canvas, and whether we can export assets depends on the file's Allow viewers to copy, share, and export setting (available on paid plans).
Can I just send you a public link instead of an email invite?
Yes, in most cases. In the Share modal, open the sharing permissions and set Who has access to Anyone, set What they can do to view, then use Copy link and paste the link into our ClickUp task. If the Anyone option isn't there, your Figma admin has turned off public links, so use an email invite instead.
