How to securely invite our team to view and manage your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property so we can measure your growth.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is the central source of truth for how visitors interact with your website. To establish baselines, track conversions, and prove the ROI of our work together, we need access to your Analytics property.
Quick summary
Log in to Google Analytics and open Admin. Under Property, open Property access management. Select +, then Add users, and invite support@chykalophia.com with the Editor or Administrator role.
Step-by-step instructions
Google uses a secure delegate access model, meaning you never have to share your personal Google password with us. One thing to check first: Google requires the Administrator role on the account or property to add or change users, so use the Google account that has it.
Log in to Analytics. Go to analytics.google.com and sign in with the Google account that manages your website's data.
Go to Admin. Open Admin, where your account and property settings live.
Select Property access management. Under Property, open Property access management. (Some of Google's help pages call this screen simply Access Management under Property; it's the same place.)
Add a new user. In the permissions list, select +, then select Add users.
Enter our email. Type support@chykalophia.com into the email address field. It has to be an address registered to a Google Account, which ours is.
Select the correct role. Choose either Editor or Administrator. (See the FAQ below for which one to choose.)
Send the invitation. Select Notify new users by email so we hear about it, then click Add.
Common questions
Should I choose Editor or Administrator?
Editor is usually plenty. Google describes it as "Full control of settings at the property level", which covers setting up conversion events, building reports and adjusting tracking. It even covers linking your property to Google Ads: Google's instructions there ask for "an administrator or editor to the property that you want to link" (the Google Ads side is what needs Admin access).
What Editor can't do is manage people. Google is explicit that an Editor "Can't manage users, but can view users across a property". So choose Administrator only if you also want us able to add or remove other users on your property.
Can I just give you the 'Viewer' role?
A Viewer can see settings and data, change what appears in a report, and build explorations, but not change how the property is configured. As your strategic partner, we actively configure custom conversion events (like tracking when someone fills out a contact form or clicks a phone number) so we can prove our work is driving real business results. We cannot set up those events as a Viewer.
What if I don't have Google Analytics set up yet?
No problem at all! Let your project lead know. We can create a brand new GA4 property for your business from scratch, configure all the settings, and then transfer the primary "Administrator" ownership back to you.
