Quick summary

Find your tool in the table, check the How it works column so you know what you're being asked to do, and open the guide. If a tool isn't listed, email support@chykalophia.com and we'll write the guide.

What the "How it works" column means

Invite us — you add support@chykalophia.com as a user on the account. The most common case, and the safest: no password is ever shared.

Delegate access — the vendor has a purpose-built "delegate" or "share access" feature that grants permission without adding a full user.

We request — we send the invitation and you approve it from your side.

Share a key — there's no user account to invite; you send us a licence key or credential using Onetime Secret. See sharing passwords safely.

Via WordPress — nothing separate to grant. It's covered by WordPress admin access.

Never send a password in email or chat

Whatever the tool, if you end up sharing a credential rather than inviting a user, send it through Onetime Secret or a password manager. Email and chat keep permanent, searchable copies. See sharing passwords safely.
