How to invite our team to Klaviyo to build high-converting e-commerce email flows and sync your store data.
Klaviyo is an incredibly powerful tool for e-commerce growth. To ensure your website or WooCommerce store passes purchase data correctly—and to build out automated flows like Abandoned Cart and Post-Purchase sequences—we need access to your Klaviyo dashboard.

Log in to Klaviyo, click your organization name in the bottom left, and select Settings. Navigate to Users, click Add New User, enter support@chykalophia.com, assign the Manager or Admin role, and click Add User.
Step-by-step instructions
Beginner 3 minutesLog in to Klaviyo. Sign in to your account at klaviyo.com.
Go to Settings. Click your organization name in the bottom-left corner, and select Settings.
Add a new user. Click the blue Add New User button in the top right.
Enter our email. Type support@chykalophia.com into the email field.
Select the appropriate role. Assign the Manager role. (If we are doing a deep platform integration or migrating you from another tool, your project lead may request the Admin role to configure API keys).
Send the invitation. Click Add User. Klaviyo will immediately send us an email to set up our secure access.
