Give us access to your Klaviyo account
How to invite our team to Klaviyo to build high-converting e-commerce email flows and sync your store data.

Klaviyo is an incredibly powerful tool for e-commerce growth. To ensure your website or WooCommerce store passes purchase data correctly—and to build out automated flows like Abandoned Cart and Post-Purchase sequences—we need access to your Klaviyo dashboard.
Quick summary
Log in to Klaviyo, click your account name in the bottom left, and go to Settings → Users. Click Add new user, enter support@chykalophia.com, assign the Manager or Admin role, and click Add User. Only Owners and Admins can add users.
Step-by-step instructions
Log in to Klaviyo. Sign in to your account at klaviyo.com. You need to be the account Owner or an Admin — those are the only roles that can add or remove users.
Go to Settings. Click your account name in the bottom-left corner, then go to Settings.
Add a new user. Click Add new user.
Enter our email. Type support@chykalophia.com into the email field. Klaviyo also asks for a language here — it sets the language for our account and for the invitation email, so pick English.
Select the appropriate role. Assign the Manager role. Manager covers the day-to-day work: campaigns, flows, sign-up forms, integrations and API keys, with some limits on exporting data. Your project lead may ask for Admin instead, which adds user management and account-wide settings.
Send the invitation. Click Add User. Klaviyo emails us a link to set up our account.
Common questions
Will you export my customer list?
We operate with strict data privacy protocols. We only work with your customer data within the Klaviyo platform to segment audiences and build email flows. We never export, share, or utilize your proprietary customer data for external purposes.
What if I don't have Klaviyo set up yet?
If we are migrating you from Mailchimp or setting up Klaviyo for the first time, let your project lead know. We can guide you through creating the initial account so that you are the Owner — Klaviyo gives that role to whoever creates the account, and an account only ever has one — and then you can invite us in.
