Give us Squarespace contributor access
How to invite our team as a Contributor to your Squarespace site so we can design pages, inject custom code, and optimize settings.

Squarespace is a popular platform for building highly visual websites. To help you push the platform's boundaries with custom design, optimize your SEO, or configure your commerce settings, we need to be invited as a Contributor.
Quick summary
Log in to your Squarespace site, click the gear icon at the bottom of the main menu to open Settings, then select Permissions & Ownership. Click Invite Contributor, enter support@chykalophia.com, switch on the Administrator toggle, and click Invite.
Step-by-step instructions
Squarespace's Contributor system is a great example of secure delegate access.
Log in to Squarespace. Go to squarespace.com/login and sign in. If you see a list of sites, hover over the one you want us to work on and click Go To Website.
Open Settings. In the main menu on the left, click the gear icon at the bottom to open Settings.
Invite a Contributor. Click Invite Contributor. On the Basic plan (and the older Personal plan), a site can have only one contributor besides you. The Core, Plus, and Advanced plans have no limit.
Enter our details. Fill out the form with:
- Name: Chykalophia Support
- Email: support@chykalophia.com
Assign the Administrator role. Toggle the switch next to Administrator. (Note: Squarespace only lets owners and administrators add code injection, make style changes, and manage SEO settings, so we need this role for that work.)
Send the invitation. Click Invite. We'll get an email invitation, and once we accept it we can log in to your site. Until then, you'll see us listed under Invites Sent.
Common questions
Can an Administrator delete my website?
You stay the owner. Only the site owner can transfer ownership, and an Administrator can't change the owner's permissions.
Deleting a site is a different matter. Squarespace does let an Administrator cancel a site's subscriptions and then delete the site, so this is a powerful role. A site can't be deleted while it still has an active subscription.
How do I revoke your access when you're done?
Return to Settings → Permissions & Ownership and click our name under Contributors. Click ..., then Remove Contributor, and click Remove to confirm.
