Your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the listing that appears on Google Maps and in local search results. To ensure your digital presence is completely aligned across the web, we may need access to update your hours, add photos, configure services, or optimize your local SEO.

Quick summary

Search for your business name on Google while logged into your Google account. Click the three dots next to your profile, select Business Profile settings, then People and access. Click Add, invite support@chykalophia.com, and select the Manager role.

Step-by-step instructions

Beginner 3 minutes

Google recently moved the management of Business Profiles directly into the Google Search results page, making it very easy to add a delegate.

Sign in to Google. Make sure you are signed in to the Google account that currently owns your Business Profile.

Search for your business. Go to google.com and search for your exact business name (or search for "my business"). Your management dashboard will appear right at the top of the search results.

Open settings. Click the three vertical dots (menu icon) in the top right corner of the management dashboard.

Select People and access. From the dropdown menu, click Business Profile settings, and then click People and access.

Add a user. Click the Add button (usually in the top left).

Enter our info and role. Type support@chykalophia.com into the email field. Below that, select the Manager role.

Send the invite. Click Invite. We will receive an email and accept the invitation to help manage your profile.
