Signing in to ClickUp
How to sign in to ClickUp on desktop and mobile, reset your password, and stay logged in.
Once you've accepted your invite and created your account, signing in to ClickUp is straightforward. This guide covers everything you need.
Quick summary
Go to app.clickup.com or open the ClickUp app on your phone. Sign in with the email address and password you used when accepting your invite. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page.
Signing in on desktop
Go to app.clickup.com. You can also find the sign-in page at clickup.com by clicking Log In in the top right corner.
Enter your email address. Use the same address you used when accepting your invite.
Enter your password and click Log In.
Select our workspace. If you belong to more than one ClickUp workspace, you'll see a list. Choose the Chykalophia workspace.
Signing in on mobile
Download the ClickUp app for your phone first — see Using ClickUp on your phone for instructions. Then sign in using the same email and password as above.
If you forget your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
Enter your email address and click Send Reset Email.
Open the email from ClickUp and click the reset link. It expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
Create a new password and sign in.
Staying signed in
ClickUp keeps you signed in on trusted devices by default. If you're on a shared or public computer, sign out when you're done: click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner and choose Log Out.
Signing in with Google
If you created your ClickUp account using Continue with Google, you'll sign in the same way — click the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page and choose your Google account.
