Getting your ClickUp invite
How to receive and accept your invite to the Chykalophia ClickUp workspace, and what to do if you haven't received it yet.
Before you can access your project in ClickUp, you need to accept an invitation to our shared workspace. This guide explains how that works.
Quick summary
We'll send an invite to your email address at the start of your project. Open the email, click the accept link, and follow the prompts to create a free ClickUp account (or sign in if you already have one). If you haven't received an invite, email support@chykalophia.com.
How the invite process works
We send you an invite. At the start of your project, we'll send an invitation email to the address you've provided. It comes from ClickUp (not from our email address directly), so check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Open the email. The subject line will say something like "[Name] has invited you to join a ClickUp Workspace." Open it and click the Accept Invitation button.
Create your account or sign in. If you don't have a ClickUp account yet, you'll be prompted to create one — it's free. If you already have a ClickUp account, you can sign in with your existing credentials and the workspace will be added to your account.
Access your workspace. Once you've accepted and signed in, you'll land in our shared workspace. You'll see your project listed in the left sidebar.
What email address should I use?
Use the same email address you've been using to communicate with us — typically your business email. If you'd like to use a different address, let us know before we send the invite.
I haven't received my invite
If you don't see the invite:
- Check your spam or promotions folder — ClickUp invitation emails sometimes land there
- Search your inbox for "ClickUp" or "workspace invitation"
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed
- Email support@chykalophia.com if you still can't find it — we'll resend it or troubleshoot with you
Can I share my invite link?
No. Your invite link is personal and tied to your email address. If someone else on your team needs access, let us know and we'll send them a separate invite.
