The Made to Sell Accelerator is for launches. In six focused weeks, one senior team takes a new brand or product through positioning, creative and build, and ships a go-to-market website designed to sell from the first visitor. This guide explains who it suits, how the six weeks work and what you need to have ready.

Who it's for

Early-stage founders and teams launching something new: a first product, a new brand or a move into a new category. Typically you're pre-launch or under $500K in revenue, you have limited runway, and you can't afford a site that looks new but doesn't sell.

It's probably not the right fit if:

  • You're still working out what you're selling or to whom. The Accelerator sharpens positioning, but it needs a real offer to sharpen. If you're earlier than that, a Conversion Sprint or a strategy session is the better first step.
  • You're an established business with traffic that doesn't convert. That's what The Conversion System is for.
  • You need a very large or complex build, such as a custom application. That needs a scoped project of its own.

What you walk away with

  • A coherent brand built to sell.
  • A go-to-market website that converts from launch.
  • The core messaging that powers your go-to-market.
  • A foundation you can scale on, not rebuild later.

The three moves

  1. PositionWho it's for and the reason to believe
  2. CreateBrand expression and the go-to-market site
  3. ShipLive on schedule with analytics in place

Stage 1 of 3: Position

We sharpen who it's for, the problem it solves and the reason to believe. This is the message the whole launch hangs on, so it comes first.

Stage 2 of 3: Create

Brand expression and the go-to-market site, designed around that message and the one action you need visitors to take.

Stage 3 of 3: Ship

A clean, fast, conversion-ready website with analytics in place, live on schedule.

Your proposal sets the exact dates and review points inside the six weeks.

Why six weeks works

The Accelerator is fixed-scope. We agree exactly what's in the sprint before we start, so the six weeks go to building, not negotiating. The positioning and conversion decisions that launches often make too late are made at the start instead.

The trade-off is that changes in direction mid-sprint are expensive. If something big changes in your business during the six weeks, tell us straight away so we can agree how to handle it.

What to have ready

You don't need everything finished. It does help to arrive with:

What to have ready

0 of 5 done

  • A clear description of the product or service and who you think it's for, even if rough.
  • Any existing brand assets you want to keep, such as a name, logo or colors. See Organizing your brand assets.
  • Your domain, registered in your business's name. See Registering a domain and Website ownership.
  • The tools you'll connect, like your email platform, booking tool or payment provider.
  • One decision-maker with time to review and approve quickly.

The Discovery brief template is a good way to collect your thinking before the fit call. What we need from you explains your part in more detail.

Pricing and payment

The Accelerator is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee sprint, confirmed on a fit call once we understand what you're launching. The offer page doesn't list a public price. Our general payment terms are on Our services and pricing.

After launch

Launch is the start. In the first weeks you'll learn which messages and pages work, and analytics will be in place to show you. Your first 90 days after launch and Launching your business website: the complete checklist cover what to do next. When the site starts carrying real revenue, ongoing care keeps it healthy: see Understanding care plan pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Six weeks, really?

Yes, because the scope is fixed and the decisions are front-loaded. What would slow it down is waiting: for content, feedback or approvals.

What if we're not fully ready to launch?

That's normal. Part of the Accelerator is getting the positioning and message clear enough that the launch has something to say. If you're earlier than that, start with a Conversion Sprint or a strategy session.

Is there a performance guarantee?

No. The 2× conversion guarantee belongs to The Conversion System only. The Accelerator is a fixed-scope sprint with analytics in place from launch, so you can see how the site performs.

Where can I read the full offer?

On the Made to Sell Accelerator page on our main site.
