Who we're writing for
When we write these guides, we picture someone who:
- Owns or manages a business and uses the web every day, but isn't a developer
- Has a website but would rather spend time running their business than learning code
- Occasionally needs to update content, check reports, or give someone else access to an account
- Wants to understand what's happening with their site — without needing to go deep into the technical details
