Who to contact for what
A quick guide to who on the Chykalophia team to contact for different types of requests, questions, and issues.
Most of the time, you don't need to worry about who specifically handles what. But this guide gives you a clear map for the situations where it matters.
Quick summary
For almost everything — support requests, change requests, questions, and urgent issues — your first contact is support@chykalophia.com or your dedicated project lead in ClickUp. We'll route it to the right person from there.
Your primary contacts
For ongoing project work
Contact your dedicated project lead directly in ClickUp. They manage your project, coordinate the team, and are your go-to for anything related to active work.
For support, bugs, or technical issues
Email support@chykalophia.com or create a task in ClickUp. This is monitored by the team and ensures your issue is logged and routed correctly.
For billing, invoices, or account questions
Email support@chykalophia.com with your question. Include your business name and invoice number if relevant.
For urgent, site-down emergencies
Email support@chykalophia.com with URGENT in the subject line, or mark your ClickUp message as urgent. See How to flag an urgent issue.

Why we route everything through ClickUp or email
We route all requests through ClickUp or email for a simple reason: it keeps things from falling through the cracks.
Personal texts, phone calls, and social media messages are hard to track, don't create a paper trail, and often reach only one person rather than the team. ClickUp and email ensure that:
- Your request is formally logged
- The right person sees it
- Nothing gets missed when someone is out of office
- You have a record of what was agreed
