Logging in to MyKinsta
Step-by-step instructions for logging in to MyKinsta, accessing your site dashboard, and getting into WordPress admin.
MyKinsta is Kinsta's hosting control panel. It's where you manage your site, backups, SSL, staging, and analytics. Here's how to access it.
Quick summary
Log in to MyKinsta at my.kinsta.com using your email and password. From the dashboard, click your site name to manage it. You can also reach WordPress admin directly from the site overview.
What you'll need
Beginner 2 minutes- A MyKinsta account (your own, or one where you've been added as a user)
- Your email and password for that account
How to log in
Go to the MyKinsta login page. Open your browser and navigate to my.kinsta.com.
Enter your email and password. Use the credentials for your MyKinsta account.
Click Log in. You'll arrive at the MyKinsta dashboard showing your sites.
Click your site name. This opens the management page for that specific site.
If you've forgotten your password
Go to my.kinsta.com.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login form.
Enter your email and submit.
Check your email for a password reset link and follow it.
Accessing WordPress admin from MyKinsta
Log in to MyKinsta and open your site.
Look for a WordPress admin link on the site overview page. Kinsta provides a direct shortcut labeled something like "Open WordPress admin" or an Admin button.
Click the link. You'll be taken to the WordPress login page or directly to WordPress admin if Kinsta's SSO is enabled.
Two-factor authentication
MyKinsta supports two-factor authentication (2FA). If your account has 2FA enabled, you'll be prompted for a verification code after entering your password. The code comes from an authenticator app on your phone.

Access as an invited user
If you've been added to a MyKinsta account by someone else:
- Check your email for an invitation from Kinsta.
- Click the link in the invitation and set your password.
- Log in at
my.kinsta.com.
