Do you need a website redesign?
Ten questions that tell you whether your site needs a refresh, a targeted fix, or a full rebuild.
A redesign is a big spend, and it isn't always the right one. Plenty of sites need sharper copy and one better page, not a rebuild. Others have problems that no amount of patching will fix. These ten questions help you tell which situation you're in.
How it works
Answer for your current website. Yes means the problem applies to you. Pick Not sure if you can't tell, which usually means nobody is measuring it. Your answers stay in your browser.

Why the answer isn't always "redesign"
A new design fixes how a site looks and how it's built. It doesn't fix an unclear offer, a weak call to action or missing tracking on its own. If most of your flags are about leads and messaging rather than the platform, start with the message and one high-stakes page, and measure the result. If your flags are about the platform itself (unsupported software, pages you can't edit, a structure that no longer fits), patching tends to cost more over time than rebuilding.
